Chemical Tower
Non-condensable gases and odor emissions generated in industrial processes and rendering plants can have negative effects on both the environment and working conditions. The Chemical Scrubber Tower (Gas Scrubbing System) is a high-efficiency gas treatment solution developed for the chemical purification of these harmful gases and odors.
The system passes the gas stream through a chemical solution, where contaminants are neutralized through acidic or alkaline reactions. As a result, odor compounds (such as H₂S, NH₃, amines, aldehydes, etc.) and harmful gas particles are effectively removed.
The towers can be designed as either single-stage or two-stage systems depending on process requirements:
- Single-Stage Chemical Scrubber: Suitable for room air treatment and lightly odorous gases.
- Two-Stage Chemical Scrubber: Provides maximum efficiency in the treatment of process gases, non-condensable gases, and heavy odors.

Operating Principle
- The contaminated gas stream is directed into the chemical scrubber tower by a fan.
- The gas comes into contact with the chemical solution and reacts.
- Acidic or alkaline pollutants are neutralized.
- The purified gas is safely discharged into the atmosphere through the system chimney.
