The Batch Cooker is a high-capacity industrial unit designed for the batch cooking, hydrolysis, sterilization, and drying of poultry, red meat, feathers, blood, and animal by-products. The system plays a critical role in the proper conditioning and efficient processing of products.

The unit is especially suitable for dry rendering processes, ensuring that no residual water remains in waste materials, thereby optimizing fat separation and improving the efficiency of subsequent processing stages. The Batch Cooker processes large particles in smaller batches, providing homogeneous cooking and sterilization. In addition, it can perform sterilization at temperatures of 133°C and above, or in pressurized cooking mode at 70–80°C, offering both energy savings and high product quality.

The system is fully designed in compliance with TÜV / PED / GOST / Russian TR / GOST K / GOST B / GGTM standards.
